Undefeated Malaysia offers a straightforward return process for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sneaker boxes and apparel tags are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our Kuala Lumpur distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method.
